Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://locretwistingfrisco.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Locs Retwist & Braids by Asher reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Locs Retwist, Loc Maintenance, Hair Braiding, Loc Stylist, Natural Hair Braider, Dreadlock Retwist, Mobile Hair Stylist, Braiding Services provided by Locs Retwist & Braids by Asher. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. Locs Retwist & Braids by Asher (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Warranty Disclaimer. Locs Retwist & Braids by Asher makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Locs Retwist & Braids by Asher's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Locs Retwist & Braids by Asher harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
